The process begins with an in home consultation. A proposal / bid is submitted within 48 hours. If accepted, the client has a chance to experience the service before settling into a long term routine. We make sure there is 100% satisfaction.
Maintaining a home is hard work. Our residential cleaning service is designed to help carry that load. The first few jobs, we check to make sure there is complete satisfaction.

One-Time Cleaning

Every home is different and every client has their own special set of priorities. Our crew is trained to take care of a residence according to the clients’ wishes.

Move In / Move Out
When moving from home to home, whether selling, buying or renting, cleaning a property before vacating can help sell a home or save on what a rental property will charge if the residence is left in a less than desirable condition.
Some of the extra duties we encounter include:
- Cleaning out refrigerator (removing all drawers and shelves)
- Vacuum/wipe out cabinets
- Wiping down cabinets/doors/walls with wet cloth
- Cleaning out storage spaces, crawl spaces, and closets
- Removal of junk and trash (small miscellaneous items)

Residential Construction Cleanup
We have many years experience cleaning up after construction. The cleaning crew are the last ones in the home before any furniture is moved in. We work left to right, top to bottom, back to front. We literally mop our way out the door.
